Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Return airport transfers as per the itinerary on shared coach (Between 0600 Hrs - 2000 Hrs)
- Half Day City Tour on shared Coach Basis
- Great Ocean Road & Twelve Apostles on shared Coach Basis
- Half Day City Tour on shared Coach Basis
- Airport transfers are based on shared Coach basis and all sightseeing depart from city centre departure point on shared coach.
- Note: All Sightseeing operate at fixed timings. Kindly be on time at the designated pick up points. No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing.
- 5% GST on total package price
- TCS (5% or 10%) upto7 lacs and TCS @20% on amounts above 7 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price wef 1st October 2023

- Visa and Insurances charges

Today morning make your own way to city center departure point for city tour of Melbourne. Enjoy a professionally guided tour of Melbourne's most iconic buildings, cultural attractions and historical landmarks. Stops will be made where time permits to allow for photo opportunities. Today after breakfast proceed to pick up point on own for transfer to Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles tour. Travel through popular resort towns Anglesea, Lorne, Wye River, Apollo Bay and Port Campbell. Our stops include Twelve Apostles boardwalk, Loch Ard Gorge and Island Arch. return back to drop point and proceed to hotel on own. Overnight stay at Melbourne.

Today morning enjoy city Tour of Sydney. See the historic Rocks area. Stop at Mrs Macquarie's Chair - great photo opportunity of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House! Then head to one of the most famous beaches in the world, Bondi Beach. Finally, Head to Chinatown, right in the heart of Sydney.
