Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels on twin sharing basis

- Cost of internal airfare as mentioned in the itinerary
- Complimentary insurance up to 59 years of age
- Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
- Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price
- Currently, Thailand VISA is on arrival and free of cost (FOC) to Indian tourists. Hence Thailand Visa fee‘ is not included in tour price for tours up to 11th Nov 2024
- Currently, Malaysia VISA is on arrival and free of cost (FOC) to Indian tourists. Hence Malaysia Visa fee‘ is not included in tour price for tours up to 31th Dec 2024
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
- Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
- Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
- To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests

Tour Plan
Bangkok – Pattaya (2 Nights)
‘Mumbai to Mumbai Tour’ guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Bangkok – huge metropolis and capital city of Thailand with magnificent shrines and bustling streets.
Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests for airport formalities and proceed to Pattaya – city on Thailand’s eastern Gulf coast known for its beaches, lined with resort hotels, high-rise condos, shopping malls, cabaret bars and 24-hour clubs.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own. The transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the (J&L) guests.
En-route we visit Pattaya Tower – the first highest seaside tower in Thailand with an observation deck on the 55th floor offering panoramic view of the coastline and the City. Here we experience Speed Shuttle / Sky Shuttle / Tower Jump. In the evening we enjoy the famous cabaret show – Alcazar Show.
Pattaya
Today we visit Coral Island. Here we enjoy parasailing and Speed boat ride. We shall view the colourful underwater life from the Glass Bottom Boat. We also get a chance to enjoy the various water sports like Banana Boat, water scooter, underwater sea walk etc. on your own. Later we visit Nong Nooch Village – the biggest and the most beautiful botanical garden. Here we enjoy Pottery Garden, the famous Elephant show and Thai cultural show. In the evening we relax ourselves with Scientific Thai massage.
Pattaya – Bangkok (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to Bangkok. En route we visit the famous and the world’s biggest Gems Gallery where we enjoy shopping precious stones and witness a spectacular light and sound presentation of the glittering world of gems. Upon arrival at Bangkok we enjoy the city orientation tour which includes the 'Wat – Pho' – the temple of the reclining Buddha. In the evening we enjoy shopping at Indra Square.
Bangkok
Today we visit Safari World – an open zoo where visitors can marvel at the animals living in their natural habitat. At Marine Park, there are a variety of exotic marine animals and shows like Orang Utang Monkey Kick Boxing Show, Cowboy Stunt Show, Sea Lion Show, and Dolphin Show. Here we get an opportunity to have the closest encounter with the rare and endangered species of the animal kingdom. In the evening we enjoy the dining experience along the Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise.
Bangkok – Kuala Lumpur (2 Nights)
Today we fly to Kuala Lumpur – the capital city of Malaysia. Upon arrival, we explore Putrajaya – a planned city, which serves as the Federal Administrative Centre of Malaysia. Later we explore Kuala Lumpur city, we see the King's Palace, Dataran Merdeka Square, National Mosque, Cricket Field and High Court Building. In the evening we visit the Observatory Deck of the K. L. Tower, which gives a marvellous view of the city.
Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highlands – Kuala Lumpur
Today we take a photo stop at the backdrop of Malaysia’s famous landmark – Petronas Twin Towers located above Suria KLCC Centre. Later we proceed to Genting Highlands by one of the longest and fastest Cable Cars of South East Asia. Upon arrival, we explore this world famous entertainment capital. Here we visit Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park – Southeast Asia’s most anticipated theme park.
Note: If you wish to visit Casino dress code is formals, Men - Trouser, Collar Shirt / T-shirt, Shoes; Women - Saree, Punjabi or western formal. (As per the universal rule, entry below 18 years of age is prohibited in casinos)
Kuala Lumpur – Singapore (3 Nights)
Today we travel to Singapore by coach. Upon arrival, we visit Gardens by the bay to see Flower dome - the largest glass greenhouse in the world and Cloud Forest - a mysterious world covered in mist where we view world's tallest indoor waterfalls and a lush mountain clad with plants from around the globe.
Get ready to witness a sound & light show (subject to operation) as the super tree grove lights up.
Singapore
Today we visit Asia’s largest bird park – Mandai Bird Paradise. Immerse yourself in the symphony of colours and witness the amazing talent of the birds. Then we visit Observation deck of Marina Bay Sands Sky Park which gives us panoramic views of the Singapore city.
In the afternoon, we proceed to Sentosa Island by cable car ride from Mt. Faber. Here we enjoy a ride in the highest open air gondola called the SkyHelix. We also visit Images of Singapore, Madame Tussauds wax museum and 4D Marvel show.
Singapore – Universal Studios – Singapore
Today we visit Universal studios which offers excitement, thrills and unlimited entertainment. Experience thrilling shows and attractions like Light Camera Action, Transformer, Accelerator ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Water world, Jurassic Park, Madagascar - A Crate Adventure, Donkey live, Shrek 4D adventure, Flying Dragon, etc. Later we visit Asia’s biggest SEA Aquarium which houses the rare species of the marine world. Then we take a mono-rail ride. In the evening we get entertained by a spectacular light and water show - 'Wings of Time'.
Note: For the adventure lovers those who wants to do more rides, Universal Studios has Fast Pass service available at the entrance at an additional cost.
Singapore – Departure to Hometown
Today we explore Singapore city, we see Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth, City Hall, Orchard Road, Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore, Parliament House, The Esplanade and take a photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore followed by a Bum Boat ride in Singapore River which gives us breath-taking views of contemporary architecture and iconic skylines.

Airline:
On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly.
Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.
Transport:
For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size.
The seating arrangement in the coach is based on booking priority. Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers and Tour Guides. Seat numbers 3 & 4 are reserved as Prime Seats which can be availed by paying an additional cost.
If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Sightseeing attraction:
Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given.
Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.
Room Sharing:
Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender - alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same.
Meals:
On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.
In case of early arrival or late departure due flight timings, guests will be provided an additional meal/s without any extra cost.
In case of connecting flights, if the transit time exceeds beyond five hours, guests will be provided with a meal/meal coupon.
Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.
Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc.
Visa:
Veena World takes maximum tourists from India to South East Asia through group tours, customised holidays and corporate tours (MICE).
Every month Veena World Visa Facilitation Team of 80+ members assist thousands of our guests for visa documentation, visa application, visa submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf wherever applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy.
Veena World does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Veena World cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of Veena World.
We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.
Upgradation on tour:
Flights: Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
