Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package.
- Transportation - Airport Pick-Up & Airport Drop
- All sightseeing as per the itinerary in private cab according to number of travelers.
- Driver Bata, all Toll and Parking Fees are included in the package
- Air fare, Train fare & Helicopter fare.

- Special pass expenses for Nathula pass.

Bagdogra – Gangtok (3 Nights)
Arrive at Bagdogra airport and proceed to Gangtok – a city situated amidst natural beauty. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Today we explore Gangtok city, we enjoy a Rope Way Ride (Direct Payment) which gives us a splendid view of Gangtok city, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Dordul Chorten Stupa. Later we visit Bakthang Falls, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok and Tashi View Point to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges. Overnight in Gangtok.
Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok
Today we visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honouring Indian army soldier, folk hero and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Later we visit Tsomgo Lake – a high altitude scenic lake considered to be sacred by the Sikkimese. In the evening, we have some free time to explore the nightlife and casinos of Gangtok on our own. Overnight in Gangtok.
Note:Â Foreigners and NRI's are restricted to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir as per Government regulations.
Gangtok – Namchi – Darjeeling (3 Nights)
Today we proceed to Namchi to visit the Chardham Temple – also known as Siddheshwar Dham where we can witness one of the tallest statue of Lord Shiva and Samdruptse Monastery to view the statue of Guru Padmasambhava with a height of 135ft. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Darjeeling
Today we may choose to enjoy white water rafting in Tista River on direct payment (subject to operation). Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Darjeeling.

Today early morning we visit Tiger Hill to enjoy a mesmerising sunrise on the Kanchenjunga Ranges. Followed by a visit to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Zoological Park(closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate(from outside), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. In the evening, we enjoy some free time for shopping. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Darjeeling – Bagdogra Airport
