Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Arrival at Guwahati –Shillong (2 nights) (110Kms / 3 ½ hrs drive)
Welcome to Guwahati. On arrival at Guwahati Airport/Station meet your driver and drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Home to several waterfalls, it is also known as the Scotland of the East. Check-in at the Hotel. Overnight in Shillong.
Note:Â Peak season surcharges will be applicable during festivals events Diwali Christmas and New Year.
Shillong
After breakfast and proceed for full day sightseeing of Shillong. Shillong - The ‘Gleneagle of the East’ lies in the centre of a plateau surrounded by Khasi hills. The city’s own Ward’s Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating. Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures is a seven stories and three-in-one Institution combining a museum with a research and publication center, for promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of North East India -a unique fusion of all the sister states under one roof. Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with stretches of roses & exquisite flowers. The Mini zoo adjacent to the park has about 73 birds, 140 reptiles & mammals. One of the largest Golf courses in Asia is an 18-hole Golf Course is charted amidst a surging valley full of thick pine groves & rhododendron trees. Spend the evening in the splendid arena. The State Museum is a display of the lifestyle and heritage of the people of Meghalaya. Shillong and its surrounding is dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings. Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks. Overnight at Shillong.
Shillong – Cherrapunjee (60 kms /2 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, known as one of the wettest places on the planet and the only place in India to receive rain throughout the year. The cliffs of Cherrapunji also offer stunning views of the plains of Bangladesh. Visit to Arwah Cave, Nahkhalikai Falls, Mwasmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, Eco Park and Eco Park, Garden of Caves & Thangkharang Park. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.
Cherrapunjee – Guwahati (150 kms /4 hrs approx.)
After breakfast drive from Cherrapunjee to Guwahati. Afternoon visit Kamakhya temple - The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati (Entry to Premises only) Overnight at Guwahati.
Guwahati – Departure
