Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- 03 Nights accommodation at suggested or similar category hotels
- Meals – Breakfast & Dinner (set Menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- Travel by private vehicle as per the itinerary (Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain, Vehicle not at disposal)
- Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary (entrance and guide charges not included)
- 1 Lt. Water Bottle per person per day
- Travel Insurance for guests up to 70 years of age
- GST 5% (Government Tax) on total package price
- Airfare /Railway Fare
- Any other meals than those mentioned above
- Any up gradation in airline class or hotel room category
- Any items of personal nature like tips to guides, drivers,laundry,telephone charges,shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), and food and drink which is not part of set group menu
- Any optional tours, excursions, supplement costs, services and activities not mentioned in the itinerary inclusions
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident , hospitalization or any personal emergency
- Entrance fees and Guide charges of sight seeings mentioned in the itinerary are not included

Chennai – Pondicherry (approx. 165kms, 3hrs drive) (3 Nights)
Arrive at Chennai airport and proceed by your private transfer to your hotel in Pondicherry. For the evening we recommended you to enjoy a walk around the French quarters, a heritage area of Pondicherry and enjoy sunset views across promenade in the evening. Overnight in Pondicherry.
Day trip to Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, proceed for Mahabalipuram Sightseeing. Visit the shore Temple, Panch Rath, Varah Caves, Arjuna's Penance and Krishna's Butter Ball. Later proceed to Pondicherry. In evening stroll around the Promenade Beachfront. Overnight at Pondicherry.
