Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Accommodation in comfortable & convenient hotels
- Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- Travel by private vehicle (Etios/Dzire) as per the itinerary (Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain, Vehicle not at disposal)
- Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary (entrance and guide charges not included)
- 01 Hour Shikara ride and speed boat ride on Dal Lake
- 01st and 02nd phase Gondola ride tickets (subject to availability)
- 1 Lt. Water Bottle per person per day
- Travel Insurance for guests up to 70 years of age
- GST 5% (Government Tax) on total package price
- Airfare /Railway Fare
- Any other meals than those mentioned above
- Any up gradation in airline class or hotel room category, Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
- Any items of personal nature like tips to guides, drivers, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), and food and drink which is not part of set group menu
- Any optional tours, excursions, supplement costs, services and activities not mentioned in the itinerary inclusions
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.

Srinagar Airport – Srinagar houseboat (1 Night)
Welcome to Srinagar airport and proceed to your houseboat. Experience a stay at the floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri Houseboats which are designed with the local interiors. Overnight stay at houseboat in Srinagar
Srinagar Sightseeing
Today we visit Shankaracharya Hill followed by the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Later visit the Char Chinar Island and click photographs in colourful Kashmiri outfits (at own cost). Further we enjoy Speed boat ride in Dal Lake. Later visit Kashmiri gardens - Shalimar & Nishat Bagh. Overnight at Srinagar Srinagar.
Note:Â During the Tulip season visit the Tulip Garden as an additional sightseeing in the itinerary.
Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinaga
After early breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). Drive through Saffron fields, we take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations. Later visit Awantipora ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Today we enjoy a trip to Gulmarg - 'Meadow of Flowers'. We enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to the second phase Apharwat point. We later enjoy, play and have fun time in Snow, also one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). After coming back to Srinagar, you have free time for Shopping. Overnight stay in Srinagar
Note:Â Gulmarg Gondola Ride tickets are booked online for each individual guest with their name as per Aadhaar. Opening of these online ticket reservation system slots depends on the Jammu & Kashmir Cable Car Corporation's schedule. The booking of these tickets is done only after Guest's booking and is possible only if the slots are open and if the tickets are available. As the seats are limited for each date and bookings for these are done from all over India once the slots open these ticket bookings are subject to availability. This situation may result in some guests not getting Gondola tickets for the tour. We will keep trying until the last minute to reserve these tickets. If not a refund of Rs. 2000/- per person will be provided. We will provide alternative sightseeing for that day.
