Things to carry ( If You Need)

Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Accommodation Well-organized rooms shall be provided as per the package selected.
- Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package.
- Transportation - Airport Pick-Up & Airport Drop
- All sightseeing as per the itinerary in private cab according to number of travelers.
- Driver Bata, all Toll and Parking Fees are included in the package
- Air fare, Train fare & Helicopter fare.
- Entry Ticket in Tourist Place.
- Special pass expenses for Nathula pass.
- Any Game activities.
- Personal Expenses of any kind like Horse Riding, Laundry, Telephone Bills etc.

Tour Plan
Ahmedabad – Gir (1 Night)
Arrive at Ahmedabad airport and proceed to Gir. Later we proceed to Sasan Gir. Overnight stay in Gir.
Note:Â Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during Festivals events Christmas and New Year. Peak season surcharges will be applicable during festivals events Diwali Christmas and New Year.
Sasan Gir – Somnath (1 Night)
Today we visit the Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya (Safari is not included). Further, we proceed to Somnath. Upon arrival, we visit Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Sangam, Geeta Mandir and Somnath Temple. In the evening, treat yourself to the divine & mesmerizing sound and light show at the Somnath temple. Overnight stay in Somnath.
Note:Â Gir Devalia Safari Park remains closed on every Wednesday. Jeep Safari booking at Gir is at additional price. Booking is done 45-60 days in advance for Indian Nationals and it is on first cum first serve basis.
Somnath – Dwarka (2 Nights)
Today we visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple at Porbandar. Later we proceed to Dwarka. In the evening we visit the Dwarkadheesh Temple and walk on the Gomti River Ghat at Dwarka followed by a visit to Dwarka beach and later experience the Flag Change at Dwarkadheesh Temple. After that we witness the evening Aarti. We also see the Sudama Bridge. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Dwarka
Today we visit Rukmini Temple, Samudra Narayan Temple and Dwarka Lighthouse. Later we visit Nageshwar Jyotirling and Bet Dwarka. We also visit Shivrajpur Beach – a blue flaged Indian beach long with pristine stretches of calm water. In the evening, we enjoy some free time for shopping. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Dwarka – Ahmedabad (2 Nights)
Today early morning, we proceed to Ahmedabad – One the most colourful city of India. In the evening we visit Akshardham Temple and enjoy Sound & Light show. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
Note:Â Akshardham Temple is closed on Monday
Ahmedabad – Patan – Modhera – Ahmedabad
Today visit Adalaj Stepwell and proceed to Modhera Patan. On arrival visit Rani Ki Vav at Patan & Modhera Sun temple. We then proceed back to Ahmedabad. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad – Hometown
After breakfast we visit Sabarmati Ashram followed by a city orientation tour which includes Sabarmati river front, Sidi Sayed Mosque, Bhadra Fort and Jhulta Minar. Later we visit Vision in Dark Museum.
