Things to carry ( If You Need)

Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Included/Exclude
- Accommodation Well-organized rooms shall be provided as per the package selected.
- Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package.
- Transportation - Airport Pick-Up & Airport Drop
- All sightseeing as per the itinerary in private cab according to number of travelers.
- Driver Bata, all Toll and Parking Fees are included in the package
- Air fare, Train fare & Helicopter fare.
- Entry Ticket in Tourist Place.
- Special pass expenses for Nathula pass.
- Any Game activities.
- Personal Expenses of any kind like Horse Riding, Laundry, Telephone Bills etc.

Tour Plan
Arrive Port Blair - Cellular Jail and Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail
Arrive at Port Blair airport and proceed for your transfer to the hotel. We visit Cellular Museum and Cellular Jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Overnight stay at Port Blair.
Note:Â Mandatory Meal Charges (Dinner) will be applicable on Christmas Eve (24th Dec) and New Year's Eve (31st Dec)
The cellular jail is closed on Monday’s and National Holidays.
Entry to Cellular jail and Museum closes by 1600hrs and light n sound show is every day at 1800hrs. Light n Sound tickets are on 1st come 1st serve basis and subject to operation.
Port Blair – Havelock – (2 nights)
Today we proceed to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) by M V Makruzz Cruise. Overnight at Havelock.
Note:Â Please carry change of clothes towel cap sunglasses and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for this trip. There is a wash and change room which can be used on direct payment.
Havelock - Elephant beach / Radhanagar beach
Today we visit Elephant Beach and enjoy water sport activities there on your own. Later we visit Radhanagar Beach - rated as Asia's best beach in 2004 by the Times magazine. The island is known as ‘One of the Jewels of Andaman’. Overnight at Havelock.

Optional Activities at Elephant beach at an additional price - Sea walk Parasailing Jet Ski Banana Boat ride Sofa Boat ride and Snorkelling (All the activities are subjected to govt. clearances and as per weather conditions only). Incase Elephant Beach trip is not operating due to sea conditions then guest will be taken to Light House.
Havelock – Neil Island (1 night)
Today we proceed to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) by M V Makruzz Cruise. Upon arrival we visit Bharatpur Beach. Overnight at Neil Island
Note:Â Visit to Neil Island is subject to ferry operation
Neil Island – Port Blair (2 nights)
Today we proceed back to Port Blair by M V Makruzz Cruise. Later we have some free time shopping Overnight at Port Blair.
Port Blair –Baratang - Port Blair (1 night)
Today we enjoy a visit to Baratang Island (Subject to operation) and view mud volcano and visit Limestone Caves by boat. Limestone Caves is a marvel of nature. This rare set of caves houses both stalactites & stalagmites in the same cave. Overnight at Port Blair.
Port Blair - Hometown
