Advisory
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
- Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
- Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
- In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
- The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
- For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- Airfare, Airport taxes and Visa Fees
- Baggage Allowance as per the airline policy
- Tour Manager Services throughout the tour
- Travel by comfortable A/C coach as per the tour itinerary
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
- Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels on twin sharing basis
- All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
- All Tips – Guide, Driver & Restaurants
- Cost of internal airfare as mentioned in the itinerary
- Complimentary insurance up to 60 years of age
- Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
- Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price
- Currently, Thailand VISA is on arrival and free of cost (FOC) to Indian tourists. Hence Thailand Visa fee‘ is not included in tour price for tours up to 11th Nov 2024
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
- Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
- Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
- To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, insurance, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

Tour Plan
Phuket – Krabi (1 Night)
Scheduled tour guests, ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, as per the respective flight departure time to proceed to Phuket - largest island in the Kingdom of Thailand. Upon arrival at the airport, our Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests with airport formalities and lead the way to Krabi – known for its amazing sandy beaches.
Scheduled tour guests, joining from other Indian metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight booked by Veena World. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.
Veena World Travel consultant will provide more information and guidance of the same.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant.
J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group.
In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.
(Kindly note that the standard hotel check-in time is typically at 15:00 hrs onwards but may vary depending on the hotel's policy.)
On arrival, we visit the Ao Nang Beach
Krabi – Phuket (2 Nights)
Today we explore the islands of Krabi by taking an exciting island-hopping tour which includes Phra Nang Cave, Tup Island, Chicken Island and Poda Island. Later we proceed to Phuket. On arrival we explore Patong Beach – famous for nightlife and stroll around the city to see Sino Portuguese style buildings.
Phuket
Today we explore, Ao Phang Nga National Park which offers scenic views of hundreds of limestone cliffs rising over the sea, followed by a visit to James Bond Island to see James Bond Movie ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’ famed the Needle Rock. Later we visit AR Trickeye Museum Phuket. In the evening, we enjoy spectacular Siam Niramit Show / Phuket FantaSea Show which includes acrobatics, illusions, pyrotechnics, stunts and aerial performances.
Phuket – Bangkok – Pattaya (2 Nights)
Today we fly to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok we proceed to Pattaya. In the evening we enjoy the famous cabaret show – Alcazar Show.
Pattaya
Today we visit Coral Island. Here we enjoy parasailing and Speed boat ride. We shall view the colourful underwater life from the Glass Bottom Boat. We also get a chance to enjoy the various water sports like Banana Boat, water scooter, underwater sea walk etc. on your own. Later we visit Nong Nooch village – the biggest and the most beautiful botanical garden and enjoy Pottery Garden, the famous Elephant show and Thai cultural show. In the evening we relax ourselves with Scientific Thai massage.
Pattaya – Bangkok (2 Nights)
Today we visit the tallest building in Pattaya – Pattaya Tower and experience Speed Shuttle/ Sky Shuttle/ Tower Jump which gives breath-taking view of the city. Later we leave for Bangkok – The capital city of Thailand. En route, we visit the famous and the world’s biggest Gems Gallery where we enjoy shopping precious stones and witness a spectacular light and sound presentation of the glittering world of gems. In the evening we enjoy shopping at Indra Square.
Bangkok
Today we visit Safari World – an open zoo where visitors can marvel at the animals living in their natural habitat. At Marine Park, there are a variety of exotic marine animals and shows like Orang Utang Monkey Kick Boxing Show, Cowboy Stunt Show, Sea Lion Show, and Dolphin Show. Here we get an opportunity to have the closest encounter with the rare and endangered species of the animal kingdom. In the evening we enjoy the dining experience along the Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise.
Bangkok – Departure
Today we enjoy the city orientation tour which includes the 'Wat – Pho' – the temple of the reclining Buddha.

Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.
